Spend the day at a lake reminiscent of a Caribbean beach with this full-day excursion to Ecotur Laguna Blanca. A relaxing day at the largest reserve of the Guaraní Aquifer!
At midnight, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Asunción. From there, we'll set off on an excursion to Ecotur Laguna Blanca, an important ecological and tourist complex in Paraguay featuring a dreamy white sand beach.
After a four-hour drive, we'll arrive at our destination, also known as the Paraguayan Caribbean. Fun fact: because it doesn't flow into any rivers or streams, this is actually the only lake in Paraguay!
Throughout the day, you'll have free time to enjoy the clear waters of the lake and the natural forests that surround it. With a surface of 147 hectares, you'll have plenty of space to go snorkeling and check out the local fish. Relax and sunbathe on the sandy beach, go kayaking or enjoy a hike through the surrounding forests.
To end the day, we'll witness a beautiful sunset as the last rays of light are reflected on the lake. What better way to conclude a peaceful day in nature!
At 6:30 pm, we'll board the bus to return to Asunción and around 11 pm, we'll drop you off at your hotel.
