On this tour, we'll delve into Argentina’s footballing history, visiting the country’s two most famous clubs– La Bombonera of Boca Juniors and Monumental of River Plate - this is a sports lover's dream!
Tour Options
During the booking process, you can select from the following options:
Boca Juniors Stadium & Museum Tour (3 Hours)
We'll meet at the Museo de la Pasión Boquense, where we'll learn about the history of the club, the players who have gone through it, the evolution of the shirt, the trophy rooms and several other surprises. We'll visit the field popularly known as “La Bombonera”, with a capacity for 50,000 people and has a mythical reputation thanks to its architecture, passion and because many say that “it doesn't beat, it trembles.”
We'll leave the stadium to explore the neighbourhood of La Boca and enjoy a tasty lunch at a themed bar. After eating, we'll head down Caminito Street, where we'll find a mixture of football, art and tango. Finally, we'll make our way back to the start, but not before visiting the murals of Lionel Messi and Diego Armando Maradona.
River Plate Stadium Tour (3.5 Hours)
If you've chosen this option, we'll visit Núñez Neighbourhood to explore the River Museum, one of the most modern in the country. We'll discover more than 100 years of the club's history, learn about the club's main players and legends, visit its trophy room and admire the different shirts across the years. Plus, we'll watch 2 short films talking about the greatness of River.
Of course, we'll explore the changing rooms and the pitch, where more than 80,000 fans come every Sunday. Then, we'll stroll around the surrounding area and have a snack at a River-themed restaurant with views of the Monumental Stadium. Before ending the tour, we'll head to the Lionel Messi and Diego Armando Maradona murals.
Tour of Both Clubs (4 Hours)
Want to see the most important areas of both stadiums quickly? By choosing this option, we'll explore Argentina's two most famous football clubs: Boca and River. Let's go!
This option is focused on the sports history without lunch included. We'll visit the museums of both clubs and enter the stands of La Bombonera and the Monumental Stadium to discover their architecture.
Tour of Both Clubs + Lunch (6 Hours)
If you choose this option, the first stop will be the stadium and the Museo de la Pasión Boquense, where we'll delve into the club's history, main figures, shirts, and trophies.
