At the indicated time, we'll meet you at the Chac Chi Marina, where we'll welcome you on board and start our tour of the Nichupte Lagoon in search of the local crocodiles that call Cancún home. Before setting sail, we'll explain the necessary safety measures. Are you ready for an adventure?
We'll start by sailing through the intricate mangrove forests of the Nichupté Lagoon. As we enjoy the peaceful ride, we'll share fun facts about this unique ecosystem and its importance for the local biodiversity. Did you know that mangroves act as natural barriers protecting the coastline?
As we cruise along, we'll have the opportunity to observe crocodiles in their natural habitat. During the expedition, we'll learn about the behavioral characteristics of these majestic reptiles and their fundamental role in the balance of the ecosystem. Don't forget to have your camera!
What's more, during the tour we can admire the wide variety of flora and fauna that inhabit the mangroves. From colorful birds to curious plant species, every corner of this environment will give us a new surprise.
