On this boat tour of the Angra dos Reis Islands, we'll sail along the canal that connects the mainland with Ilha Grande. Get ready to discover this paradisical location!
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Estação Abraão, the tourist pier in Vila do Abraão, to begin this boat tour of the Angra dos Reis Islands. We'll sail towards the following beaches: Cataguases, Dentista, Piedade, Botinas, Maguiriquessaba and Japariz. Let's go!
The first stop will take place at Cataguases Beach, located 500 metres (1,640 feet) from the mainland. After arriving, you'll see that this beach is the perfect place to take photos of the white sand and the greenish-blue waters. We'll spend between 40 and 50 minutes on the beach and there, you'll also be able to go swimming, relax and try some Brazilian food. Did you know that Cataguases has featured in many soaps and advertisements? You'll see why!
The second stop on the tour will be at Botinas Island, which received its name due to the 2 nearby islets that form a silhouette similar to a pair of shoes. You'll fall in love with the clear waters!
And afterwards, we'll visit the most glamorous island of Angra dos Reis, Gipóia Island. This is also the second biggest island in the region and is known for its private beaches.
The last two stops on our tour of Angra dos Reis will be at Praia do Dentista and Praia da Piedade, known as Ilha de Caras. There, you'll be stunned by the natural beauty that surrounds the area.
Before heading back, we'll make our way to Maguariquessaba or Japariz, where you'll have some time to eat. Fill your bellies!
Finally, we'll hop on board the boat again and make our way back to the pier in Vila do Abrãao, where we'll arrive after 7 hours together.
