Pague el servicio por aquí para facilitar el trámite de transporte y boletos. Pero salió lo mismo. Me mandaron y regresaron en un Uber del cual yo no tenía control y uno de ellos ni el conductor sabía que viajaba una persona diferente. Yo tuve que recoger el boleto y encontrar donde abordar preguntando. Fue igual o peor que si lo hubiera hecho todo por mi cuenta. Ya el paseo en la trajinera y el espectáculo excelente.

I paid for the service online to make the transportation and ticket process easier. But it was the same story. They sent me and brought me back in an Uber that I had no control over, and neither the driver nor one of them knew I was traveling with a different person. I had to pick up the ticket and find the boarding point by asking around. It was the same or worse than if I had done it all myself. The boat ride and the show were excellent, though.

Our driver/guide was awesome. The show was amazing and I barely even understand any Spanish. Obviously it’s even better if you speak the language but I could follow along well enough and recommend this show even if you don’t. The service and the show were just great.

Pésimo, una hora y media de retraso para la recogida!!! Sin tenernos al tanto de nada y luego normalmente nos dejaban en los hoteles después de la actividad pero para mi sorpresa nos dejaron en el mismo hotel de la recogida. Nunca más contrató su servicio y haré pésima publicidad de este sitio.

Terrible, an hour and a half delay in picking us up!!! Without keeping us informed of anything and then normally they dropped us off at the hotels after the activity but to my surprise they dropped us off at the same hotel as the pick up. I will never hire their service again and I will do terrible advertising for this place.

La peor experiencia que alguien que conoce y no conoce Xochimilco puede adquirir. Una hora en trajinera para llegar al lugar del show y otra hora para volver. El show no se ve bien desde todos los ángulos , el audio es malo y las pantallas también. Una noche normal en Xochimilco sería mejor inversión y experiencia. En cuanto a la gestión de “civitatis” es mala, el “coordinador” no citó media hora antes , en un punto de encuentro , independiente a que ofrece la opción de recogerte en tu hotel.

The worst experience that someone who knows Xochimilco and doesn't know it can have. An hour on a trajinera to get to the show and another hour to get back. The show doesn't look good from all angles, the audio is bad and the screens too. A normal night in Xochimilco would be a better investment and experience. As for the management of "civitatis" it is bad, the "coordinator" did not make an appointment half an hour before, at a meeting point, independent of the option of picking you up at your hotel.

Mal proveedor, cero profesionales - Nos indican un día antes que no hay entradas, pedimos reembolso y nos dicen que al final si consiguieron - Nos dicen que nos recogerán a las 5, a las 5:30 no llegan, dicen que están recogiendo a otros pasajeros, llegan casi a las 6 y somos los primeros - Al recoger a otros pasajeros se equivocan de hotel, perdemos 20 minutos. Ya son las 6:30, el show es a las 7 y para llegar es una hora - En el trayecto dan vueltas por la misma zona, al final nos bajamos

Nos recogieron tarde y no me avisaron… me enteré por otras personas que había esperando en el mismo lugar. Estaba lloviendo y el espectáculo no se veía del todo bien… nos pusieron de costado… no lo recomiendo.
