At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at Zenetti Square to begin our alternative Munich tour. From there, we’ll start discovering how industrial spaces have been transformed into true temples of creativity. Let’s go!
Our first stop will be the Münchner Volkstheater, an innovative theater located in a former slaughterhouse district converted into a cultural center. Here, we’ll see how contemporary architecture has revitalized the area without losing its historical essence.
Next, we’ll dive into the colorful world of Bahnwärter Thiel, a space built with more than 40 recycled shipping containers. You’ll love its bohemian atmosphere! Among workshops and studios, we’ll observe the work of local artists and explore the urban art scene that has made this place a true symbol of Munich's creativity.
After this 1-hour tour, we’ll take part in a spray painting workshop, where you’ll be able to create six personalized postcards using stencils, sprays, and art materials. No prior experience is needed, just a desire to let your imagination fly.
Finally, we’ll wrap up the activity at Alte Utting, a unique bar set on an old ship installed on a railway bridge. Here, we’ll say goodbye after a total of 2.5 hours.
