At the time indicated, we'll meet at Hostal Riviera Sucre to start this exciting bike tour around Otavalo.
From here, we'll travel in a vehicle for about 20 minutes to arrive at the El Lechero viewpoint. Are you ready for some cracking views? We'll admire Lake San Pablo and the Cayambe, Imbabura, Cotacachi and Fuyafuya Volcanoes.
Now it's time for the real adventure to begin! We'll get kitted up and prepare for an incredible experience of mountain biking. As we descend the hills, we'll pass through small towns where you'll see local people and their traditions. Our next stop will be Peguche, a secret waterfall 30 metres (100 feet) tall.
We'll continue our bike tour to a town where we'll visit an art workshop to learn more about textiles and embroidery, an ancestral tradition in the community. Then, we'll head to Chamán Town, and if you want to cleanse your soul, this is the perfect opportunity!
Finally, we'll cycle back to Otavalo, ending our route back at Hostal Riviera Sucre after a total of 3.5 hours.
