There, your instructor, Luis, will be waiting to welcome you to this Mexican cooking class with a delicious and refreshing iced margarita. It's the perfect start to the experience!
With your drink in hand and in a friendly atmosphere, you'll put on your aprons and begin to discover the culinary secrets of the country, going far beyond the typical tourist menus. Let's get cooking! You'll chop, sauté, and season to create ten authentic Mexican recipes.
During the class, you'll prepare golden and crispy appetizers, a smooth and flavorful main course made with fresh vegetables, and two truly irresistible desserts. All this while your instructor shares fascinating stories, anecdotes, and traditions of Yucatecan cuisine.
