Mal, nos dejaron tirados en el hotel y no fueron a buscarnos el día que concretamos. No nos dieron una solución para hacer el día concretado la excursión y nosotros debimos cambiar nuestros planes para poder hacerla otro día. La actividad muy chula pero decepción por la forma de gestión de la empresa. Por las fotos de cobran 30 dólares por una o 120 dólares por todas. No dejan que metas tu propia cámara.

Actividad interesante con Fernando, un guía súper divertido y formado. La excursión por el río fue una aventura inesperada y nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo en nuestras memorias, porque las fotos que nos hacen son impagables. La actividad merece la pena, el guía que nos tocó, Diego, excelente las explicaciones, como vive lo que cuenta y lo que sabe de la cultura e historia. La actividad como tal excelente y la guía Estefani de 10, excelente, muy profesional, conocimiento de historia y respeto del medio. Ella excelente. Mi única queja es que en la reserva se incluía comida y advertimos al hacer la reserva que hubiera comida sin gluten (enfermedad celiaquía) para mí hijo y ni la guía ni nadie habían recibido ninguna información al respecto. Nadie sabía si había comida sin gluten. Esto debe comunicarse al equipo de la actividad. Mejoren comunicación y servicios.

Traslado y guía muy buenos. La comida también, nos dieron agua, paraguas, snacks, todo muy bueno. La guía Mely excelente. Lo q no nos gustó en rio secreto es q no dejen entrar con cámaras de foto ni filmadoras. Hay lugares donde te cobran x llevar camara, pero acá directamente no dejan. Tuvimos una mala cuestión entre hábitats y rio secreto, por lo que no nos pasaron a recoger. Al final lo reprogramamos para el día siguiente. Nuestra guía Tainara ha sido magnífica. El tiempo en tulum me pareció corto. Hace mucho calor, así qué imprescindible gorro. Por suerte nuestros guías nos dieron agua y comida. Rio secreto es muy bonito y divertido. La actividad está bastante bien, tanto si viajas solo o en compañía. Está toda organizada por Río Secreto, que es la empresa que gestiona el río en sí. La recogida por la mañana se hizo con unos 25 minutos de retraso. Eso hizo que tuviéramos menos tiempo del deseado para comer. Tuve de guía a Tainara, que fue excelente. Loved the tour! Tulum was just beautiful. The guide was Adrian and very knowledgable. Rio Secreto- i was awestruck. Pictures dont do it justice. We took the entachanted path. Swam through the water- so serene. Transportation was great- on time . The buffet was good, and we were so hungry after all the activities. Tip make sure to eat breakfast first. They gave us a light snack at 1130 abd buffet at 330. There r changing rooms at rio secreto. We loved the experience and day!
