Description
We'll meet at 9:30 am in Quero Park. Once together, we'll head to a ranch to start this horseback riding tour around Cruz de Mayo, San Antonio, and Rumipamba. When we arrive at the ranch, we'll first give you the basic guidelines until you're ready to hop on the horse's back and get going. When you've worked up an appetite, we'll have a snack break surrounded by nature.
One by one, we'll enter the communities of Cruz de Mayo, San Antonio, and Rumipamba, which surround the Hacienda Hipolongo. On the way, we'll tell you about the daily activities of the Chagras. Do you know that they're the farmers of the Ecuadorian Andes? They mainly do livestock farming, a very important activity in the area.
We'll continue enjoying the landscape surrounding Quero on horseback as we return to the hacienda. When we arrive, we'll have a typical lunch to refuel. This includes a starter, a main course, and a drink. You'll also be able to use all of the facilities of the hacienda and tour it at your own pace.
After seven hours, we'll return to the meeting point in Quero and end the tour.
