At the scheduled time, we’ll hop into off-roading vehicles to drive along the Brazilian coastline. Over the course of about 40 kilometers, we’ll pass by at least 18 beaches on the western side of the city.
We’ll make stops at Macumba, Secreto, Prainha, Abricó, and Grumari—neighboring beaches in this protected area of Brazil. Here, we’ll discover the region’s rich flora and fauna, soak up the stunning views, and enjoy a refreshing swim. Afterwards, we’ll recharge with a delicious local lunch by the sea.
With renewed energy, we’ll set out to climb Pedra do Telégrafo, one of the most photographed spots in the area. The first stretch will be tackled in a Land Cruiser off-roading vehicle to handle the steep, uneven paths, and then we’ll continue on foot.
As we hike toward Pedra do Telégrafo, we’ll learn about the site’s unique geology. At the summit, we’ll take unforgettable photos on this remarkable rock, where you’ll feel as if you’re hanging in mid-air!
After taking in the breathtaking views from this natural lookout, we’ll watch the sun set over the horizon. Before night falls, we’ll descend and make our way back to Rio de Janeiro, with the image of Pedra do Telégrafo etched in our memories.
