Conocer Concha y Toro fue interesante; empero, no lleno mis expectativas al 100%; sabía que mi reserva era cata de 4 vinos, pero la cantidad por copa era la mínima, (Ver foto) lo cual no me pareció bien, sobre todo porque otros familiares, me dijeron que ellos compraron el mismo paquete y la copa se las llenaron mas; además la muchacha que nos atendió nos dejo literalmente botados, porque ya eran las 5 pm, tuvo que venir alguien mas; en la presentación resalto mas la coca que el vino (ver foto)

Visiting Concha y Toro was interesting; however, it didn't fully meet my expectations. I knew my reservation was for a tasting of four wines, but the amount per glass was minimal (see photo), which I didn't appreciate, especially since other family members told me they bought the same package and their glasses were filled more. Furthermore, the young woman who served us literally left us stranded because it was already 5 pm, and someone else had to come. The presentation also highlighted the Coca-Cola more than the wine (see photo).

Buen lugar y recorrido. Aunque un poco rápido. La degustación es buena, pero podría ser mejor y más vasta. El guía que nos dio el recorrido es muy bueno y simpático. El chófer que nos trasladó tiene muy mal genio y cero actitud de servicio.

la verdad se me hizo muy correteado el tour, nos sirvieron 4 vinos diferentes en la misma copa, y eso no se debe de hacer, la verdad no lo recomendaria , casi no nos explicaron

Fantástica excursión. Nos trataron muy bien. Un día antes nos comentaron que no estaba disponible la actividad por la que se pagó días antes. Tuvimos que discutir con los encargados por WhatsApp y finalmente se solucionó, pero tuvimos que pasar un mal momento por una clara desorganización de la agencia.
