Architecture tour
After a brief introduction to how to use a Segway, we'll start our tour, which will take a look at the architecture of the Chilean capital. First, we'll head to the ESO European Southern Observatory.
Next, we'll approach another significant construction in Santiago, the Cepal building, one of the most modern buildings in the country, which is the headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean.
We'll then head to Vitacura, where we'll make a brief stop to explain its history and how this district originated. We'll also see Bicentennial Park, with its lakes and trees – a fantastic place for a stroll!
Finally, we'll visit the Sanhattan neighbourhood, the popular name for Santiago's financial district. There we'll find the Titanium La Portada skyscraper, the World Trade Center and the Torre de la Industria.
Art tour
If you opt for this tour, we'll start our segway tour of the Chilean capital passing by art galleries such as Artespacio, La Sala, Galería Carroza or Animal.
We'll also admire sculptures such as the one that pays tribute to J. Miguel Carrera and Bernardo O'Higgins, as well as the one of the poets Vicente Huidobro and Gabriela Mistral or the monument to Raoul Wallenberg, which are located in the beautiful Parque Bicentenario and in the modern avenida Américo Vespucio. We'll finish the tour with a delicious and refreshing surprise.
Food tour
On this tour, we'll visit between 3 and 4 restaurants, savouring an appetiser in each one. Are you ready to discover the secrets of Santiago's cuisine? KrossBar, Bar Santiago, Vietnam Discovery, El Zocalo or Heladería Filippo are some of the places we'll visit during our segway tour.
