On arrival, you'll step into a space decorated in meticulous detail with Stone Age elements. You'll take your seat among torches, rocks, and cave murals, ready for an evening where every dish is part of the journey.
You'll start with a very special starter: the Cave Tartar, a selection of raw bites inspired by the oldest flavors in the world. Then comes the star of the show, the fondue sequence:
The Burning Cheese: a premium cheese fondue served with baby potatoes, artisan bread, broccoli, tapioca cubes, and other delights.
The Roasted Hunt: the ultimate meat fondue, featuring select cuts including filet mignon, lamb, sirloin, chicken, pork, and smoked sausage, accompanied by 14 special sauces ranging from pepper jam to bacon farofa.
The Sweet Cave: to round off the meal, a special fondue of chocolate powder with Nutella and dulce de leche for dipping fresh fruit, marshmallows, biscuits, and toasted coconut.
